EDIT Harmful or irritant U+2612 is a chemical hazard symbol which means harmful (Xn) or irritant (Xi).

The sign is defined in Annex II of Council Directive 67/548/EEC of 27 June 1967. The directive applies to the packaging and labelling of dangerous substances is the main source of European Union law concerning chemical safety.
